Spell Tech Solutions, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates www.spelltechsolutions.com (the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Company’s public website, including forms and third-party services embedded in or used through the Site.
This Privacy Policy does not govern managed IT services, remote support, endpoint monitoring or management, software installed on client devices, Action1 services, client systems, authenticated client portals, or other services provided under a separate client agreement. Those activities may be governed by separate agreements, service terms, and privacy notices.

You are not required to submit the contact form. However, we may be unable to respond to an inquiry unless you provide sufficient contact information.
Do not submit passwords, authentication or verification codes, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, medical information, private encryption keys, trade secrets, or other sensitive or confidential information through the public contact form.
Information necessary for technical support should be provided only through support channels specifically authorized by the Company.

We do not use information collected through the Site to track visitors across unrelated third-party websites for behavioral advertising.
Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” or similar privacy signal. Because these signals are not handled according to a uniform industry standard, the Site does not currently respond to all browser-initiated Do Not Track signals.
Third-party service providers may maintain their own privacy-signal practices.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google or its subprocessors maintain facilities.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where a visitor resides. Where applicable, international processing will be subject to the safeguards and contractual protections maintained by the applicable service providers and applicable legal requirements.
The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information through the Site, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or legal guardian may contact us using the information provided in the “Contact Us” section.
